The following list includes some (not all) of the most common charges in residence turnover or accidental damage done by a resident. It is the desire of the owner that no charges will have to be made to the Resident, but in the event additional cleaning, repairs or replacements are needed, we want you to be aware of the cost.
For additional information regarding the return of your Security Deposit and the condition of your residence when vacating, please see the attached "Move-Out Procedure."
